Not sure if it is a remix but it definitly uses the same piano line as VOAT...

Digweed played it in Brisbane, Australia Part 1, broadcast 4-9-06 (about 38 mins into the mix) but no ID has been made. My guess is that there were issues with clearing the VOAT sample and it never got released. Hope that isnt the case, as I myself like the track but still there is nothing in Discogs/anywhere I looked, sorry man.
