^From what I recall, the alberta kiss 100 website was hosted by the university server! Taswar really is a wiz at computers

I've seen Hernan live every year since 2001 and only once has he disappointed (turnmills in 2005). Every other time he's been amazing regardless of whether its a warm up or headline set in London (he opened at Heaven in 2003 to 7 people), Ibiza, Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester or Liverpool. He's always on time, poses for photos and takes time to chat to the fans that turn up. Kudos !

The guy who created the arts.ualberta.ca digweed tracklistings website that I help out on (Taswar) lives in Alberta, Canada. He got chatting to Hernan over the web over an extended period of time. He used to post his charts etc on messageboards for people to see.

Anyway, he told me that Hernan was always rweally friendly over e-mail etc. Some time in 2006 Hernan played in Taswar's area - so he sends him a message saying 'come down, you're on the guest list etc'. Taswar went down, sure enough he got in on the guest list, and started hanging out with Hernan. Now that is a man who cares about the music and his fans! Upmost respect for him

i went to the university of alberta...always thought it was great that one of the main digweed kiss fm sites was from my own uni. and ya, hernan has played in edmonton a couple of times now...absolutely rocked it last time he was there.

That´s really how it is...when he played in Germany we met as well before the gig in his Hotel and during the gig we chatted in the DJ booth and he ordered drinks and was caring all the time if I have a good time.....and he was the nicest and down to Earth guy you can imagine...not a sign of Superstar behaviour or anything. Kudos to Hernan for staying with both feet on the ground.

I would have to be one of his biggest fans as some of you may have noticed by now But it's not just the music, I know from Djs here in Australia just how supportive he is. He seems to develop lasting relationships with them. It not just about listening to the tracks he gets sent to him, it's being able to choose the music. I find it constantly amazing just how good his radio show is. As GregWhelan said you would expect in all that there would be a crap show somewhere, although there is the odd track I don't like I've yet to hear a radio show I don't like.

How hard does he work!! We have a radio show every week. He tours pretty constantly and never seems to repeat a show! I remember being disappointed that Digweed used his Triple J mix as a Kiss show as well. Hernan not only gave us an original set, but imho the set of the year!! Nothing against Digweed there, I think he works pretty hard as well. I can't wait till June when we get to see Hernan again!!

sasha used to be that way...i have no idea why he stopped. between him and digweed, they must get the most advance stuff of any two people on the planet...
