actually, isn't the real name live@Babylon Greensboro, North Carolina but it floats around as at the Rub in Tampa, Florida.

I'm guessing the date is definitely correct as part 3 & 4 is identical to the set Sasha did @ Homelands that week for the essential mix. Sasha played Twilo on the Friday then flew to Homelands on the Saturday on concorde in order to get there in time. I'm guessing Sasha played this set earlier in the week to try it out for the essential mix. Ive always loved this set though where ever its from.

what is the sound quality like? i remember DL'ing this a year or so ago and wiping it off my HD shortly thereafter b/c the sound quality was awful

I just used this tracklist and named it like that. But it's also the way i downloaded it.

either way it's a good set and i do have the 192 kbps version at the Rub.

The real name of this set is "Live At The Rub, Tampa - May 26, 1999" -- Our own shitty DJ Steve James can verify this...
i have no idea why people started naming it babylon new york =\
