youtube is good, but when stuff like this gets published it does more harm than good, i'd say just from embrassment. something like this shouldnt be seen by everyone in the world, why does tv have a right to air it anyway? you had to sign a 40 page document to get in borat, and the same for being a criminal on cops, how can they show this on tv w/o permission?
all the housewives in america need a new hobby than us magazine and entertainment tonight.

Maybe I'm unique in this regard, but I never had parents who called me a "thoughtless little pig" or anything of the sort. They disciplined me at times, but they never berated or insulted me. And I never witness my parents get drunk, high, etc. I guess I've been lucky.

If what I'm describing is in fact a rare thing, then I find that to be a sad commentary on parents today. I realize that there are a lot of troubled people out there with kids, but I would hope that we as a society don't look at the kinds of immature things that Alec Baldwin and David Hasselhoff do in relation to their kids and consider that to be "normal".

alcoholism or any addiction is no joke or anything that should be broadcast to anyone on the internet or the tele. it's bad enough that anyone has to deal with it much less have it broadcast everywhere. not a hasslehoff fan although knightrider rocked when i was a kid, but everybody does fucked up shit; just because they are famous shouldn't give the media the right to show this pathetic excuse for news. Really does anyone give a shit that the hoff has an alcohol problem or that alec baldwin said some mean shit to his daughter. the shit that was said by alec is pretty tame compared to what most of us heard as a kid. fucking horrible that this is the only shit that is newsworthy anymore. makes me not even want to watch the news.

look at the positives, at least he is working on it with his family. without family he will never kick it. I think it was his family who stopped his singing so I am sure they can stop him from drinking

how bout not getting blindingly drunk infront of your kids? maybe a few bevs, but setting a good example by not drinking so much that you're slurring your words is a good way to keep your kids from growing up to be alcoholics.
