If those of you don't like the new rules then you should try the free file sharing software Soulseek for all your downloading needs. This is a community and we all had to build up to the 50 posts just like you. You guys are making it sound like you have to be here. ...I'm not trying to start an argument about whether or not there should be a posting rule...that is really up to the people who have created this site...however, I have to say I am a bit annoyed by all of the people who seem to bandwagon their decisions like some sort of ascetic pedantry...its like their is this little ms thug gang that likes to say how stupid people are for questioning authority or for being new and asking "dumb" questions...its annoying really...I won't bring any names into it..but this thought came and went and I felt like posting it...hopefully, I won't get "banned"

iv pesonally never been flamed for asking a question, the only ppl iv seen to get shit for asking "dumb" questions, is when they really do ask dumb questions...
a classic ms example: where do i get downloads?
when ever i ask a serious question, i always get a lot of speedy respones

How can you not get annoyed when people are too lazy to use the "search" feature of the board to look for answers instead of being the 10,000th lazy a%&*#*e to not even bother working for an answer and just beg someone else to do the work of thinking for them. I get heat for flaming fools on the Proton board for asking for tracklists they could have found themselves using a few brain cells and their mouse... but surprisingly, the guy who decides to flame me is the guy who was too lazy to search in the first place. Go figure.... They need to change that 14-year-old girl bumper sticker quote to "Dumb People Suck"

I'll trow in my 2? worth. As a former "leech" I use to think it was okay just to come and download sets, and that nobody wanted to hear my opinion on things. After being banned from downloads and posting a "why can't I download" thread I got flammed too. I felt bitter about the amount of crap I got. Now I realize I deserved it for not reading ALL of the information available to me. If you think people are rude now... You should have met BEANZ....I started posting in the DJ section becasue that is where I felt comfortable at, and I realized that I actually enjoyed answering questions and participating. My point is that this board has rules, and if we don't like them we are free to go somewhere else. I haven't gotten any grief since the old days simply because I don't ask stupid questions.
