Thats just a tiny little slice of philly too (but unforuntately the little slice that I live in). Its actually not that bad at all, the location is University of Penn's campus and most of those are robberies...the murders, which we lead the nation in I believe happen in other parts, primarily North PhillyIt's never too late to become the person you always thought you would be.Comment
