Charisma and influence go hand in hand because people with Charisma can influence a lot of other people. Charisma is something I see as a positive atribute in the 1st place though people who have weird ideas and plans but have Charisma so others follow their visions can create a lot of problems. Influence instead is mainly a very negative subject for me because I rather associate influence with using and abusing power be it politically or economically to put pressure on somebody or a group of people.

In your opinion, what's the difference? I'm curious to hear (some of your) opinions on this...I got this topic from an article I read and it's kept me thinking apparently.
