    Well the guy generated 8 million bucks, I would call that genius. We can reserve the space cadet labels for those that actually bought property.

    From a geodetical standpoint I sure hope he has been able to calculate the curvature of the moon and has equipment set up that will be able to precisely measure the properties he's selling. Without proper control points he's going to be in for one hell of a time with deed disputes.

    This guy was just on a talk show. He owns Earth's moon, the eight planets and their moons. He claimed ownership 20 years ago through a loophole in the 1967 U.N. Outer Space Treaty, no one contested his claim, and now he sells property on the moon to companies. He said he's generated over 8 million dollars in revenue so far.
