Renaissance announce exclusive london club show
Sasha, Serge Santiago, Scarlett Etienne, Nightmoves & Alvin C
Looks like Christmas may have come early to South London as Sasha, Renaissance & Ministry of Sound reunite for the first time in a decade...
This heavyweight trio come together in December to round off a year in which none could be accused of resting on their not so insignificant laurels – Sasha launched his brand new label/production outlet 'emFire', and is about to release ‘Coma’ the first Sasha Record since Airdrawndagger. MoS saw fit to install what is currently considered to be the best club sound system in the world, whilst Renaissance presented their much lauded boutique festival Wild in the Country at Knebworth House this summer.
On what could well be the highlight of the London festive season, Sasha will play an extended set in The Box, with Scarlett Etienne on early duties. In the bar, lovers of house and spaced out disco can hear Serge Santiago, joined by Nightmoves (AKA Matt Waites) who has been busy remixing a whose who of the UK charts for 2007 including Robbie Williams, Mylo, The Klaxons & many more.
" The last time Sasha played at Ministry of Sound with Renaissance was back in 1994. I can still remember the atmosphere in the main room - the crowd were hanging from the speakers, literally climbing the walls, way beyond the hour when civilised folk were having their breakfast. It will be really special to go back there with Sasha - can't wait to hear him on that new system!"
Geoff Oakes
“People are always asking when will Sasha next do a date at the club – even we can’t believe it’s been more than 10 years! In that time we’ve hosted some BIG parties, but this is without doubt the one we’ve all been waiting for – a chance to hear a true legend in action. We can’t wait!”

This release was mastered direct from vinyl at the request of the DJ and as such features natural sound characteristics of this medium such as record surface noise.

Hi I was told by sasha management that this was 1 hour from manchester warehouse although sasha didnt want it put out. I will try get the proper quality set put up, the version i put up was a live copy of the set i have a direct feed from the maven too.
the twopoint one set is all this guys own material, which i think is great. I like the digital track about half way through, might have to get a few tracks off him and maybe do my own remix of them.
yeah nice tracks on that twopointone set though i dont know any of the tracks
ufff would realy love to get the direct feed u have from the mavennnn - thatd be awesome
cheers
