Good interview. Trivia note of the day: he has Concorde place setting for 4! Ha ha.

jd ''Sasha and I did a huge outdoor show in Athens recently and it was probably the best set we?ve done anywhere in years. Everything came together, it all gelled. To top the night off I jumped out into the crowd, which is rare for me. The crowd, the venue and the whole vibe were fantastic.''
i still get ''ecstatic'' every time i remember that night..

A&H: Make us all jealous; how many times did you fly on Concorde?
JD: Only four times, actually, and only when I was in a big rush to get back to Europe for a Saturday night show. It was the only way to do it. I kept all the goodie-bags.
A&H: Gotta get your money?s worth, eh? Did you pinch the cutlery, too?
    JD: Of course I did!

that's fucking hilarious!! great interview. thanks for the link morgan

About time someone did a technical interview with the man. I was getting sick and tired of reading "Oh my god, your last album was so great..." blah blah blah...

    Thanks for the link Morgan...

great interview from the man, i loved his onesty, humor and sincerity in this interview, really cool!
    sample:
A&H: You?re reputed to be one of the nicest guys on the circuit, but Desyn told me that you?re a nightmare to travel with. He said you?re always late for gigs, and make him polish your shoes every day.
JD: That?s not true! How could he polish my shoes when I only wear trainers? I?ll have a word with him?
