Just been watching a programme that says this contains as much salt as 18 x bags of salted crisps and nearly twice you daily recommended intake. And that's before you consider all the cheap and re-constituted meat.
And the cheap & crappy supermarket sandwiches fared very badly.
Fuck knows what I'll do for lunch each day ... looks like fresh veg soup from here on in.

You get pancetta ... which is fine with pasta, but not much cop in a sarnie.
In the uk we winge that we can't get decent pancetta or decent italian sausages (the ones form Florence and Siena are the best in the world).

step #1 - don't eat there every day. pack your lunch most of the time
step #2 - if you do, get the 6" and not the 12", which is way more than your body needs. add some carrots or an apple or somethin
step #3 - don't glop on 12 fuild ounces of sauces. I watch ppl do this and it makes me want to throw up.

no offense or anything. my gf says that. but i definitely think it's possible to eat way cheaper and way healthier at the same time. Even if they are about the same price, you still have to decide healthier or less healthy? easy choice, still.

that food is tasty as fuck, but if you look at the fine print, it's not as healthy as you think it is unless you get the veggie on wheat. but i've found that at the cost of having them put veggies between bread, i might as well save myself the the time, the gas, and the money.
