Re: Bedrock 10th Birthday

Insta ban..?

I actually dont think I could be more excited about anything ever. I have to do my best not to think about it coz I actually start to feel sick and get the pre-club butterflies. I honestly think the the combo of such a sick club/system and Digweed all night playing classics at Bedrock has all the ingredients of being the best night ever. What more could you ask for? If we actually sort out the meet up that will be quality as well

35 days to go..

You lot sort out the meeting, i am looking into flights, i need to sort out the misses so, she would go mad if she knew that i would spend about 700 quid for party w/e !!
Anyway this is my part of the business, you guyz agree on meeting and i will arrive Friday afternoon.

Re: Bedrock 10th Birthday

I don't think he will be playing that many classics and the ones he does i imagine will be cheeky re-edits

Re: Bedrock 10th Birthday

yup i think you are right re-edits will be the order of the day as diggers doesnt often drop an original classic tune

I imagine that's why he asked on Bedrock, to get some ideas and play around with some tracks before the event. Matter has a 24 hour licence so the can stay open as long as they want. I wounder what time it will finish. I suppose it depends on how the night goes.

Re: Bedrock 10th Birthday

24 hour license - quality. Think im gonna get me some tickets to that!! Last time I went (8th B Day) had to sit outside Kings Cross train station for a couple of hours waiting for it to open up! Good job it was quite mild weather wise

Re: Bedrock 10th Birthday

A 10-hour set was mentioned ... so that would take things to 8.00 a.m. !

Re: Bedrock 10th Birthday

Thank god its on a Friday and not Thursday! Last time I went, I got the 1st train out of Kings Cross to get back to York not realising that a load of people that I work with (including my manager!) board that train at Doncaster to get to work! The looks on their face when they saw how my face looked....oh dear - fortunately they never said anything!

Re: Bedrock 10th Birthday

Should hopefully be arranged a couple of days before. I don't know the area too well, so i'll be relying on others !

Re: Bedrock 10th Birthday

Yeah - it wasnt good - he looked kind of horrified. They do piss tests as well if they suspect anything but fortunately, like I said, nothing was mentioned. So yeah-glad its on a Friday this year!

Got myself a couple of recruits last night - we'll be coming down from York. Cant wait - guess im celebrating my 30th birthday a month early!!
