cleaning history didnt work however control F5 did. thank you very much. by the way, dumb noob ? for ya...what is cache in computer lingo?

clear your cache and history and hit Ctrl + F5 on the appropriate page to do an absolute refresh

when i click on forums and specifically general yakity yak, i'm sent to forums on wednesday, october 20. most recent one is from approximately 10pm on that date? any insight on how i can fix this problem?
