maybe it was the 2-year loan bit that no one liked today?

Down another 450...we may see this hit 8-9000 before it's all over (which would make it a 40% collapse in a year plus)

well my oil company shares fell to the floor. I don't even know if I should just cut my losses now, buy more at 50% less than what I initially bought it at, or just hold them.

the DJIA (dow jones) is rallying, the nasdaq is dying and the S&P is steady............................. we literally are sitting here in the office and no one wants to issue any advice or buys right now, half of us are just watching MSNBC and bloomberg TV

the expressions on the faces are just desparate confusion.

Our Index, the DAX had its annual low today thanks to what's happening in the States. Maybe in a few days it's buying time again.

in my 9 years of working in accounting and finance, i have to say, today is the weirdest fucking day i have ever seen. markets overall arent that bad, in that the majority of stocks are doing normal activity, but itsd the huge companies that are draggin down the averages.

AIG is actually going up today.

Oil is toying with 90 a barrell

the stocks in the tech sector arent dying, even though thier sales are down. (they expected this and acted accordingly and are now being rewarded)

and if you factor that mortgage rates are tied to the 10 year bond, i can exlpain how rates dropped almost 1/2 a point while the bond hasnt moved from 3.39%

but who knows, as i type this, every trend couild be reversing. what teh fuck is going on.
