anyone in here remember John back when he was a youngin called DJ JD???? I've got a few friends across the pond that actually saw him at raves back in the day and even have a couple of his old promo cassette tapes. Amazing to get to see history like that.

every DJ has... i can remember certIN sasha sets where i honestly thougth an electro DJ was jacking his name. same goes for everyone except nick warren. nick warren ALWAYS ROCKS IT.
they all went through certain phases.

digweed and sasha went fairly similar until after communicate dropped, and ten digweed went very very dark and minimal, whilst alex went electro. then alex went crazy writing breaks after his accident while diggers hopped onto electro. then sasha went back to mind blowing emotion, digweed went to that techy stuff he was playing.

sasha was in a bad car accident and perforated his eardrum around 2001. that is what lead to air drawn dagger (hanging home, doctor ban from DJ'ing, so he sat in house with spooky and barry jamison and wrote the music for ADD). he didnt DJ for like half a year....

this also lead to that simply ridiculuous night at twilo (ben, mike??) where diggers played solo all fucking night and dropped breeders remix orbital's nothing left for the first time and the place went OFF during that breakdown. (followed up by POB 's blue botttle if i remember correctly).
