Howdy all,
We have decided to run a competition to win a remix by Eelke Kleijn (Global Underground, Baroque, Kindred Sounds). We thought it would be a fantastic way for a producer to get some exposure (at our expense!).
Here’s how it works
1. Submit your demo - our preference is for Soundcloud links if possible – either send us the link to your tracks via Soundcloud message or Myspace, or drop your track in our Soundcloud Dropbox - http://soundcloud.com/kindred-sounds/dropbox
2. We will come up with a shortlist and send to Eelke
3. He will chose the winning track to remix
4. Your original + Eelke’s remix will be released on one of our Group labels (Kindred Sounds, Arabica, Destroy the Ego, Illegal Ninja Moves,
Spinifex, Angry Monkey) – on Beatport and Juno Digital
Additional info –
· To get an idea of our taste – listen to some tracks from our Group labels(listed above) on Beatport or Juno Digital – however in general we go for – Tech-house, Deep-house, Progressive and Techno
· Cutoff for submissions will be Saturday 8th May (any time in the world – we will be checking them out on Sunday 9th May Australia time)
