From the steady, filtered and dub referencing stab hits to the rolling bass and breathtakingly colossal builds ‘Congonhas’ is a dead cert as one of this summers true dancefloor bombs.
That said, it’s b-side cohort, ‘Upgrade’, is no shrinking violet either. Slower in pace and less incessant than ‘Congonhas’ but with a lurching bottom heavy funk and cleverly restrained drops, it’s a superb alternative which broadens the package appeal even further.
