Vegas - Perfect! March - not so good. Alot of us will be in Florida in March so another month would be great!

Pickle I think a Vegas meetup would be the most doable destination for a variety of reasons: cheap rooms, cheap flights, walkable strip with lots of good options within close proximity, and of course the Vegas party vibe that is only matches by a handful of cities.
