First time on the island and by myself but had a great time though...Monday caught Dubfire and Sven Vath at Amnesia got in for 45 Euro (discount included). Dubfire opened nicely, then I stepped into the main room to check out Sven Vath, which was absolutely amazing and the decorations in this place were unreal...
Richie Hawtin I missed unfortunately, the place was just too crowded and I was too tired and jetlagged.
Tuesday I did up Space, got in for 35 Euro with a pre-sale ticket...caught Alex Neri opening for Carl Cox on the terrace, groovy tunes...Carl also threw down nicely but a bit of a short set of about 45 mins (11:30-12:15), quality tunes though. The strangest part was when they covered the crowd with some sort of nylon tarp...interesting!
Checked out Fatboy Slim in the main room, not bad, Yousef opening for Digweed was cool (having a few beers at this point), then Digweed stepped up to deliver the goods from 3:30 til just short of 7 am. My favorite set of all, really, don't know any tunes but absolutely insane and diverse set...exchanged a few words & shook hands with Nick Muir who was also in the building at the end of the night...awesome time!

Wednesday, sleep, eat, recover...
Thursday, did some sightseeing, went to Ushuaia to catch Sasha for free, good vibes also had a brief exchange with the man himself...he threw down a back to back set with DJ Cassy (?) who was spinning all vinyl, this party went til midnight only though, but still cool

Friday, hit the beach, checked out the view from the old city and closed things out at Cafe Del Mar. Had some sushi, beers and mojitos, unbelievable this place was...

and I could have done so much more if they hadn't lost my luggage...coming from the U.S. they switched my flight itinerary but still forwarded my luggage to places I wasn't going anymore...needless to say lots of loose ends to tie up with airlines after this but still well worth in the end.
