Heard the same from some people that were in Orlando. The sky was clear as glass here on the coast, though. Absolutely packed with people & cars. Soooo stoked I didn't have to deal with that traffic going inland.

understandably negative nancy conclusion (that our technological mediocrity has relatively stagnated) yet, true. our modern science, and space race is still rather primitive and dogmatic in its premises... no doubt. a costly enterprise --- lacking the keys that would initiate a major evolutionary tech advance.
