Well I live in Geneva and let me tell you that this was an exception , and the ice you see happened because of the proximity of the cars from the Lake and the extremly strong winds (the temp was only -4), but if you are talking about extreme weather I ve lived before Geneva in Montreal,Canada and there I remember that one day of April 2002 the temp was 18 degrees C and all snow had melted at 4 Pm and at 2 AM the temp dropped to -18C with windchill factor and we recieved 37 cm of Snow, now thats what I call extreme weather , also remember going out clubing to see Deep Dish in a temp of -47C and waiting at the door for 45 min BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.
