SimonR says that the only track that couldn't be licensed is Depeche Mode - Dream On (Morel Remix).

...One freaking track to make it fully complete. what is these labels problems.

my order in!! That last CD must be really short with only 7 trax....I wonder at what point the Depeche Mode track was played

yeah really, they cleared 11 hours of tunes, give them a break.

i dunno about this one. i really liked the first part when it came out, but listened to it again recently and thought it was pretty boring.
