Win this hour and the next buddy. The future will take care of itself. Have any goals or dreams btw? start small.

Think we found an awesome house to buy, pretty excited because we are friends with the current owner, should be a sure thing, just need to sell our current house that recently went on the market.

That sounds really exciting! How come you guys are moving/getting a new place?

I've started using Bing Rewards, which gives you points whenever you search using Bing search engine. You can redeem points for gift cards from places like Amazon and Starbucks. I've been able to get a $5 Amazon gift card in a month and a half, which is pretty neat considering it's free money for searching (something I do anyways).

we've only sold one house before (was in FL), more than doubled our money, had 4 competing offers in one weekend, drove the price up beyond our expectations. On the MLS Friday, gone by Monday; incredible time that was. always knew it was a safe investment. current owners trashed it unfortunately.

open houses and walk thru's must be very stressful, esp with a preschooler

Need more space, outgrew this house, was a 2 yr house to begin with.

Sweet dude - post pics once the studio is complete if you can be bothered to. The house we're moving into has a room where I can have an office and place to put actors on tape, which is exciting for me, since I've been using my living room at this house.

We've only owned this house 2 yrs.. we should make a decent profit, not doubling of course, market is still in recovery mode. Yes - hectic with last minute showings and having a 3 yr old that just wants to make a mess everywhere, but I don't let it bother me, my wife on the other hand .
