OK I couldn't take the waiting much longer, broke down and grabbed a copy of CD 1... now agreeably, its no vortex but John Digweed is more than just the vortex!!!! I'm wondering why is it that we always want the same thing with every release. this my dear friends is no sleeper....just mighty fine.

I see it growing on me immensely, just like Structures Two did.

But they managed to get the first 2-cds' worth of live set cleared ...

Most likely clearance issues. It happened before with the Vagabond-set. To get this much of a unplanned live-set legally shows how much times have changed.

    I don't understand why it's a 2-cd mix ... why are compilations stuck in this 2-cd mould?

Being there on the night is different to listening at home.

On the night you are far less critical and just appreciate the tunes.

I tend to do all my mixes for myeself in ableton now, I don't want to be listening to the transitions and thinking 'I wash I had brought that in 10 seconds earlier/later' , just want to listen to the tunes.

got it. At first glance it's nothing special, poorly mixed as for Digweed. what strikes me most is the mix is far far away from legendary Digweed's programming precision and control.

    Lol. This is true.

Patiently waiting my copy. None the less this time round, I have the brilliant Warehouse Project set to hold me until this arrives. No complaints from my end.
