^ That is what I am saying. I think the file sharing thing will get appealed again. They are making to much money of legal file sharing to worry about shutting down all p2p site b/c to be honest if they shutdown one. It is not like 20 more new ones will not pop up. So it is a pointelss fight. But leave it to the gov't to put there nose in where there not wanted.

Yeah, but that doesn't mean they'll take it, at least not on this issue. It's not like this is France or something where you can literally appeal the same issues multiple times to the same court. The highest court in the land has spoken on the issue, and I can't see the Supreme Court agreeing to review the issue again because, well, they just did. Perhaps years down the road it will get another look, but I don't see it happening any time soon.

With that said, the Grokster folks seem to think they'll be able to win on the merits in the lower court, so the battle isn't necessarily over yet. With that said, though, I'd be hesitant to continue doing business if I were a P2P service provider that wasn't affiliated with the RIAA...

i want them involved in making taxes lower, improving health care by banning public adverts for prescriptions and BS alwsuits, i want the to legislate the laws to make medical marjuana legal, i want them to make us more secure, and i want a true free trade market in the americas(read equal tariffs or proportional tariffs). also, investing in capital improvements in the energy industry in order for long term savings. even if it costs an arm and a leg today.

nah, im a common sense centralist. if it were up to me, and only because of the fucked up times we have, i would let bush hang around to finish the job 100%, cuz i know when that cunt hillary gets elected we are outta there.

i am very much right leaning on most things falling under the market and economy and taxes(clintgon did a horrible job, he let things become so overstated and over inflated it was bound to fall, you should be glad it happened towards the end of his term and into bush rather than now, when it would have been even bigger), as well as military(im glad we went to Iraq now, i didnt want to go, but i am glad we let those people rule temselves tather than hussein, it is only going to help them all around). also, i fell the criminal punishment aspect of the law should be a lot more right leaning(murderers are sewrving less time than weed traffickers) ( and i am very much in favor of death penalty for murderers and rapists if proven guilty with solid proof, solid proof i.e. DNA or video) and schools too(dont blame funding, blame the parents, it IS thier fault, no one else's). ask me im PM and i will go into it.
