When using paypal it's important to send the money as a gift, to avoid taxes.

I can do a reoccurring payment from my bank account. I would be surprised if any bank didn't do it.
We just need to know where to send the payment.

I have clients on here who are paying about $60/Month. If we can collectively pool in $100/Month, we should be able to get things rolling. Of course if donations are not your thing, you guys are welcome to sign up for webhosting and that will give you guys something back (i.e. a webhosting platform) for financially helping out.
