any particular reason why it is a 320kbps file when the max you can get from SC is 128???

If the uploaded file to SC is 320kbps & the user has Soundcloud Go+, then you get the highest SC outputs, which is AAC 256kbps or somewhere in that area. Unfortunately, not all uploaded are in higher quality, some are, but not all.

Not sure what this particular file is at, as haven't bothered downloading it.
