I suppose it's to see who can roll the fastest, nicest, etc. dube. There might be different categories.I only stayed for an hour and the competitions hadn't started yet. It was a very packed place with some good dub music.

4:20 is about the time high schoolers would get home from school, make their way to their buddy's house, at start smoking bud. April 20 is considered a pot-smoker's holiday because the month/day combined is 420. And 4:20pm on 4/20? that's huge.
