I heard about this whilst I was out in Moscow...the suicide bomber had meant to attack the Parliament building but got lost when she came out from the metro. She asked for directions and as the bomb was on a timer it detonated whilst she was quizzing some poor passer by
I spent 10 days in Moscow the place is insane, if you ever get the chance to visit do it, you won't be disappointed

checens are really agresive radical people but russian army is not doing a good job keeping them away
with this kinda episodes, many dj will think twice before going to russia to play
i dont blame sasha for stayin 24 hours in the hotel and i admire his calm in dealing with the problem
