special interest groups. people who sue. giving it away. lack of parenting, lack of research, mass marketing, ACLU, bullshit politicians and what they say, people from different countries with too much to say about ours because our economy has a wide effect, people who rely on government to fix things in their life, and so so much more.

when a young kid from brooklyn idolizes 50 cent instead of MLK jr, we have a need to address priorities as opposed to giving him unemployment compensation when no one will hire him...

this seriously reminds me of what rueters has been writing about in saudi arabia. there, everything looks ok on the surface, but thier population that is our age, has an insanely high lvl of unemployment, simply because in saudi arabia, you are forced to be schooled in the strict manner of islamic learning, and frankly, no one wants to hire them, they arent capable of dealing with business outside the country.

I agree. I think it has to do with only being just over 200 yrs old, but even if we were older I still don't think people would give a shit. It's sad. people don't care about anything, they don't take pride in anything they do anymore. They don't want to learn about anything, especially their history.

thats because the fucking media and people you me and everyone else jump on each other, obviously, according to europeans at least, americans are not allowed at all to be proud of our country. constantly getting trashed for essentially having the lowest unemployemnt, the strongest economy, giving money away to countries in need (even our enemies), add in stupid people like john stewart and bill o reilly 'telling' people what they should be thinking............

i dont know if you have ppl like them over there, but jeeeeezzzz.

no one can think for themselves anymore, and people, upon becoming offended by anything, sue to have it taken away (bible in court, harry potter in wineet country GA, etc etc)

One positive thing about George Bush- because of him, i'd bet money this election coming up will be the highest voter turnout in history. At the very least, he's making people get involved.
