On an unrelated note, how are the home renevations coming along?

Didn't have much time during the past weeks and my car broke down the weekend before the past one, so I'm behind on planning a bit. Fortunately Wednesday is a national holiday overhere, so I can catch up a bit again. The first rooms have been prepared for painting, the front hedge has been cut, rooted all life forms out of the garden. Up next: injecting some walls with some special paste to keep the humidity from rising up again, scraping the wooden floors, installing the bathroom and a new central heating system... yay!

arent you just supposed to kick it together more when your engadged

If we could we would, but I'm independant, so no work is no pay, plus when you work project based it's not that obvious to take days off whenever you want. And on top of that 300 to 400 euro for a plane ticket isn't really what you want to spend on a weekly base when you're renovating a house either... Ah well, she'll graduate next summer and then she moves to Belgium permanently. Can't wait for that

... so yeah I'm back from Macedonia again. Best indoor weekend I've had in ages, that's the good news. The bad news is that instead of getting used to saying goodbye, parting just sucks more and more. Just shifted between two modes today: complete apathy and "talk to me and I'll punch yer lights out". Probably it will take a few days to get on my feet again. Damn, this really is the worst part of long distance relationships

7 weeks to go before she comes over to Belgium... counting down...
