DJing Technics SLDZ1200 vs Pioneer CDJ 1000

i don't know yet what cd player i want to buy. My choice is between the Technics SLDZ1200 and Pioneer CDJ 1000. What cd player u recomend?

I just got to play on the pioneers again last night at a nice party here in columbus, and I must say. I love these fucking things. I can't wait to get some of my own. I really have quickly taken to them.

If you want the real vinyl feeling buy the technics, but if you want the easy to handle "tool" buy the Pioneer.


Both players are fun, I prefer the Pioneer 800's because of the easy Loop section.

if i wanted to have the feel of vinyl...i'd just spin vinyl. but frankly i love spinning cd's. it's so much quicker and easier to deal with than vinyl. If I still had decks in the house, I'd be still buying vinyl of the more choice stuff.

Sure Pioneer is industry standard, you can find it in 98% party in the world, but after playing with booth i made my choice more than one year ago now for the Technics player and i'm still lovin it !!! Perhaps because you have a better real vinyl feeling...

There is the real reason why technics made their cd player...because they knew that there would be people that would choose them over the pioneers. Enjoy bro. Give us a mix sometime.

I'm for Pioneer, that's quite good player! and for me the best one too
