Re: Sets/CD good for passing out to !

Brian Eno 'Apollo'
Someone has done a progressive bootleg of 'A Landing'. The original was also used as the end theme of Traffic. The CD is great though it may be worth seeing if it gets the 'retransfer' rerelease that his other CDs are getting.

Peter Gabriel 'Passion', 'Long Walk Home'
Soundtracks to 'Last Temptation of Christ' and 'Rabbit Proof Fence'. Both mostly instrumental and both great.

Neil Young 'Dead Man'
Instrumental guitar 'texture' soundtrack with bits of movie dialogue.

Vangelis 'Blade Runner'
I'm sure this will have had a mention already, but I didn't read the whole thread!

KLF 'CHill Out'
Not really music, but you'll wake up whistling Acker Bilk not knowing why.

cheers, RH

Great Picks!

Peter Gabriel's Passion is a great sountrack!

Re: Sets/CD good for passing out to !

I definitely concur with the other response of both Zero 7 albums being good to pass out too... The vocals are nice and relaxing, especially Sia's voice.

I also like some of LTJ Bukem's Earth volumes - some nice trip-hop intermixed with ambient d'nb

[diegoff]

Pink Floyd "The division bell".... super, guaranteed good-sleeping... extra flying dreams
