Some years back, Alyssa Milano did a movie with some nudity in it (namely topless). Photoshop or not, that's the closest I've come to seeing her tits. She's got some no nipple clause in her photo contract. I read an article with her in FHM a couple years ago where she said her agent is on-site at all her shoots to enforce it.
