This release was mastered direct from vinyl at the request of the DJ and as such features natural sound characteristics of this medium such as record surface noise.

They may have had sound problems at the start (festivals can be precarious).
Things kick in at Sebo K & Metro - Transit ... which was a big track for Diggers in ibiza that year - where he played a lot of this stuff, also incl. Coma & Mongoose (which he must have burned from Sasha's apple), the Carl Craig dub of "Don't give it up", and the Unkle/Astbury track to name but a few.
This set is timeless - when those guys hook it up they're amazing. That Southfest set is fantastic even though the music around wasn't even that good in 2005 - only they could make such a great truly set out of such limp offerings !

Anybody else feel like they brought it like 110% for this one. Maybe because it's not an EDM festival and they could grab some virgin EDM ears? This might be my favorite from the boys... although those Delta Heavy sets were sweet.

have listened to bits and pieces of this only before but listened to this in its entirety last night and blimey the lads were on form with this one absolutely loved it
