    Re: Wine

Two Hands from Australia is a small winery that makes excellent wines. Their Angel's Share used to be $19 US but the Fuck$%^^%rers raised their prices to about $26. Still worth getting if you like Shiraz.

    its all about the red.

a couple of inexpensive, yet VERY good reds are:

    - wolf blass yellow lable
    - bin 555

my favorite higher priced bottle is the wolf blass brown lable. those aussies sure know how to make a killer wine...

French Rhone Valley reds are the best imo. Gigondas region.

California Cabs are damn good, but they need to ease up on the oak barrelling...sometimes the oak flavor overpowers the subtle notes of the wine itself.

I drink about 4 bottles a week, and i'm quite the snob about it too - i don't drink wine i can buy at the grocery store.

Anything below 4 pounds at Sainsburys. I'm an expert on the most disgusting rat poison to get wankered on

I've been fond of the Penfold's Shiraz. Inexpensive, but full of flavor. I recommend it.

Cant get any better than a good bottle of a spanich Tempranillo, to bad you cant find them everywhere. But a good cab sav, merlot or a australian shiraz isnt to bad either. I love wine, can drink most reds and say they are good.

I love the Penfolds and Jacobs creek wines. Also, a great heavy cab is perfect when it's nice and cold out. A very chilled chard is the best for a hot summer night.
