wow..time to say Goodbye Holland. I was sure they make it to the finals (and eventually beat Germany ) but congrats to Russia..great match and the biggest surprise of the Euro 2008 for me so far.

3 quarterfinals 3 group winners, and teams that rested players, out.. looks like a trend now more so than a surprise.

IMO Van der Sar kept that match a lot closer than it was.. unfortunately the best goalie in the tourny is going home.

Look for Italy to beat Spain I guess, lol

I'm playing in a hobbyteam...I'f we would be trained by Guus we would do it into the semifinal of the worldcup in brazil. He's unbelieveable.

the russians played amazing, the dutch played like arrogant fools thinking they can just walk on the field and win. the russians on the other hand played amazing, looking very very strong. they progressed from playing like shit with spain, ok with greece, great with sweden, and excellent with the netherlands... good for them

to use some cliches, the dutch had no heart and the russians wanted it more...
