a: c) isnt a joke its actually about 95% lol

a)....tbh huggie its the most important thing there is for a human being...its about time these clowns understood that...there has been people in there from scratch who have learned there trade the way the boss wanted them to learn there trade and in all honesty i get the feeling that the main boss respects that as he tell those guys to do the job they think they should do the job and no one else tells wthem how to do0p it...these guys have the most experience....its just his understudy thats a complete utter fanny ...someone said today he likes to hear his voice..a sign of authority...personally i agree....if most of his workers are off ill with stress related illness how is the company going to cope with production then ?

the trouble with this guy is he thinks that one day he'll run the show and reap the benifits.......i hope he pulls me into the office and gives me a telling off... u kow me!! i,m not exactly one for holding back on my feelings

Good decision !!, I think your mental health was probably in more peril than your physical health. Next job check out the music first

i have also handed in my resignation at my workplace. it's a great job, but i have to stick to some more important goals.

It's definitely relieving to have finally done it. G'luck red1.

yea thats fine sean but the normal day is 7:30 to 4 but they ask you to work overtime 3 days a week overtime which is 7:30 to 6 and you have to do 3 days overtime to qualify for a sunday shift also...they ask you to do this every week which works out @ approx 47 weeks in the year...you dont get any time for yourself or family, the health and safety is appauling tbh, very basic to say the least

in order to get a job in that place you have to sign a contract which states you have consented to work more than the 40 hours a week which the european union has stated as the maximum allowed by law, ones you have signed that they bassically just use and abuse

we were fitting a rail in a shopping centre one night and started @ 7 am in the morning and we didnt finish working untill 10:45 @ night...no meals were given to us we barely had a break or nothing and we didnt even get a thank you or nothing...by not giving a meal during this time they broke laws....they get away with this all the time

our works complete bullshit...its nothing but basic phsycology passed down the line from boss to boss to worker...all they are trying to do is maxamize output whihc in turn gets the bosses there bonuses etc etc, its not a nice enviroment to work in for anyone because those @ the top just get greedy for that bonus ... so now its all about cameras and " i,m watching you work "... yesterday i told my boss that if he wasnt happy with me not doing my overtime which i am not @ the mo then it was up to him to pay me off and get someone else in to do the job to which his reply is well i need someone to polish the steel and were about to get really busy

tbh i aint impressed @ all...like i said.... i have my health to consider and i,m seriously over qualified for the job in the first place so tbh finding another job isnt going to be as hard as they would like u to believe

no idea at this point. im not leaving until i am committed to a new firm. i interviewed with UBS, BAE, and have a few more interviews upcoming.

UBS is out, too big for me. i need to feel like i am involved, not just employee # 13,384

BAE isnt hiring for what i want, they offered me a operations position i am contemplating.

there is a nice non profit i am hoping offers a good salary. i think working for the good fight would be rewarding.
