Hey you guys, quit being so mean to my sister. She is really trying hard to be an individual. She does her best you know? Some of you are just being so mean. Others have given links to some very disturbing images. I don't think Ashlee would appreciate that.

It was a simple accident. If she had known they turned the mic on after the mess up, she surely would have just sucked it up and sang live. But she didn't know, how could she have possibly realized she had a live mic in her hand. I mean really, how often does that happen?

Just stop being mean to her please. She is doing the best she can. Do it for me, the talented sister.

I heard about that quote, what an idiot. She just hopefully ruined any career she might have had. But then again, the "suits" will do some damage control, her sister will stick up for her and all the little girls and boys will forgive her.

It's common knowledge any of these "pop stars" that do all these choreographed routines, lip-synch or track sing (singing over a recorded track). Janet, Shitney.. all of them.. for some talentless little brat, whose only claim to fame, and only reason she is getting any air play is because of her sister, to sit there and say it is beneath her to lip synch.. well, it had to have been the bands fault. I think in these times it's perfectly acceptable for pop stars to lipsync especially on "live" television appearances. The 13 year old fans don't give a shit about whether or not it's really live, they probably prefer it to sound just like on the radio. If said popstar can't really sing outside of a studio, the label and managment would insist on them lipsyncing to further the lie that they really are worth spending your money on a cd. I think most popstars lipsync these days. I don't think their fans really care. However, I do think it's fucking hilarious that she got caught in it. Of course now she'll probably do a commercial for dentyne or some shit where she pokes fun at herself.
