I find self preservation the hardest..yet necessary. I wrote a letter last night.. feel much better today....

Thanks Didi, writing a letter might just work, back in the day, I used to write a ton and found it therapeutic... back to basics I guess.. even if she doesn't ever get/read the letter.. it's off my chest. Letting go and moving on is key here.

Here's a novel thought , write her a letter. Even an email might work.

Bit late now for this advice. When I feel hurt and angry etc. I write emails I will never send . Then look at them the next day. Parts of them may be sent but I have never sent a complete as first drafted one.
