War!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm for putting about 5 million troops, divided equally between the Navy, Army, Airforce, & Marines in the Middle East. From Pakistan, to yemen, to qatar, to Saudi Arabia, to Libya, to Sudan, Syria,. I'm not willing to respect their sov·er·eign·ty when they are financing terrorism against the west. These are acts of war and the entire government of terrorism supporters should be dealt with accordingly. We could police the entire middle east untill they are completely compliant with Democracy. We could use civil service/contractors to sell there oil to pay for it all. We shouldn't break out bank to snuff out theocratic petro-dictactors. They are all the anti-thesis of a free society.They are anti- American. I could end terrorism throughout the world in 5 years with the right resources. God bless America.

Al Qaeda was created by the US though. Bush let Osama get away when they had him pinned in the mountains. Do you actually believe that the US gov't doesn't like CIA'da? It is great it allows administration after administration to use the boogey man to slowly erode your rights away that were granted to you by the founding fathers. -

That's what makes me laugh about the UK troops whinging about the lack of the correct equipment and their bloody helicopters. They are fighting men with a few guns, mortars and land mines who have no helicopters, body armour or even special boots. The wife's are the worst though rolling up to Downing Street with their bring our boys home petition. They married a solder, live with it. Anyone how thinks they joined the armed forces is deluding themselves if they think they are going to defending the Homeland. In the UK we had the Falklands conflict and the troubles in Ireland since the second world war. However we still seem to be involved some sort of conflict continuously since the second world war. You only have to look at the mass protests against the war that occurred before the war had started. to gauge what people thought of the prospect of war. My father came back from Iraq in 2004 so disgusted he left the armed forces after 30 years. Anyone thinking of joining the armed forces should seriously think about what they are actually doing, because the likely hood is they won't be fighting for their country and they are not going to get the best equipment either.
I don't know if anyone caught this in the media but a few months back an MP stated in parliament that all solders on active duty in Afghanistan should receive an extra £6000 a year because morale was poor among the solders. When asked where they should get the extra money from the MP said they should make 3000 people who have desk jobs in the military redundant. None of these solders where drafted they all joined on their own. They should of known the terms and conditions they would be working in before they joined.
