Who exactly went off at a completely unique tangent? The discussion has been opinions about space travel in a thread about a spaceship landing on mars. Could it be more relevant? Please explain your rules a little more clearly mr internet policeman.

Then start your own thread!

If a member starts a thread nowadays, great, and if for whatever reason their thread gives you ideas for a different TOPIC .............. which is basically how a message board works..........then start a new thread of your own with your new TOPIC.......

Going off on a completely unique tangent of your own doesn't help anything Mariner. Without some sort of organization, what do you expect to happen? Threads get KILLED.

It's as if there's a gang of rogue THREAD KILLERS here on Mercury Server nowadays how take pride in it.

The name of this forum is General Yakkity Yak not the "Only if Floridaorange says so"forum. And this from the country that so staunchly upholds the right to free speech.

Perhaps some threads deserve to be killed. Maybe then some of the people that used to contribute to some really interesting discussions might come back.
