Does the soundcloud page simply give members of this site another reason not to have to come here?
I think the rise in popularity of soundcloud was a major factor in so many forums and blogs becoming less so.

The page is a hoster for any need ms people has, that's it. How does it take people away, lol.

Plus, it represents ms and its history (Digweed) and there AND HERE, you can find the new Transition before anyone else.

Well, i think before soundcloud people used to visit blogs and forums for a download link or link to a host. By moving your stuff to soundcloud people just look at their feed there and decide what they want to listen to, which bypasses the forum - not completely as people will always be after other/older stuff but to an extent, definitely

I think thjat's a bit of an over reaction tbh. I just offered an opinion on why the forum is dead, to say nobody uses it or cares (sc) is the opposite of what's being discussed here isn't it? You said you have over 1k followers

No, I'm seriously asking: do we need it then? The page belongs to a community, it's not for promoting something! There is unlimited space and many other functions for ms people to use, I see it as a wasted opportunity.
