^ Not pumping up my own tyres, but it amazed me it took so long for anybody else to realise or at least express those improved mp3 versions were actually not. Sketchy coloured reproduction systems I hope. Fuck what all your software tells you, just listen without bias and let your ears tell you whether it's improved or not.Through a decent system it was immediately obvious to me that they were not.

Yes, whatever you try to do you can't make an audio file (especially from a stream) to sound better quality wise from it's original source. Still you can make an improvements..Exactly on a decent sound system man can hear the difference between the ''original'' file and the improved one.. SO what means ''improved''?..All this adjustments that Dhar_2 made to these files are a very gentle MASTERING steps. Yes, some sound freaks would tell you that you should never master a DJ set because all the separate tracks on it are already mastered.BUT whats the point then to all this technology we have now if we could not create a decent sounding recording of a simple DJ set? Fuck it - all DJ sets should be mastered - volume, amplitude,dynamics.. I really hate to hear sets with low volume at places or as a whole.. This at least should be somewhat of a mandatory rule, i think - the DJ set should sound balanced, clear and solid on our speakers!
