On topic: I think this thread is as bollox as that vitamin water shit. Maybe some here might wanna read up on nutrition instead of buying that marketing shit. skipping everything after this post, just an fyi: VitaminWater was purchased by Coca-Cola a few weeks ago. The flavors are great, but i dont' drink it anymore: too much sugar. Do, on occassion, buy the smartwater bottles. Like the taste....

fuck it. too much sugar in them, i'll just take a one-a-day. i'm not paying $1.50 for those things. some of them - like the one w/glucosamine - whats the point. you'd have to drink 3 of them/day to get a decent dose of gluco and it takes about a month for it to load into your body and start helping out your joints.
