Some people think freedom of speech is also freedom to say anything, do anything and whatnot. Too many people acting like assholes defending themselves with 1st amendment or something similar in the US and elsewhere (in my country there's a few major assholes going round right now).

True that. You're not given carte blanche to do whatever you feel like just because you're opening your mouth to do it. Classic example is the "fire in a movie theater" thing -- if you sit down in a theater and yell "fire," you're not expressing yourself as much as you are trying to incite panic.

Out of all the schools, its at U of F my entire familis Alma Mater...I have 20+ family members who went to that school, doesn't suprise me that it happened there, something about the swamp that makes people really interested in conspiracys I guess...

i think he was being a little out of line in the way he asks the questions.... it was inciting some shit... he did resist. I think they probably were just going to escort him out, but his fighting with the cops caused them to use the taser.... still i think he should sue the fuck out of them.... and will most likely win.
