    as the other threads on huge tumors being removed from someone's face were pretty f-ing gross, this one takes the cake. omfg, is he foul looking. best of luck that they can remove this thing. be weary, don't look if you have eaten in the last few minutes...
    Should I fuck you at that not until the ass, inject then tremendously hard bumschen and to the termination in the eyes yes?
