not sure what to say about this. I see these everywhere, but then again I do live in TN. They have them for motorcycles too. Never really paid much attention to them (thought they were stupid) until my kids started asking what they are...my boys think they are hilarious.

As with everything else, it only lets you inside the mind of the owner. If you think it's funny or own a pair yourself, by all means pull these douchebags over and exchange numbers; I'm certain you'll get along and be best friends forever. If you are like me, take it as a warning to stay clear of these people. Actual contact with them is known to make you less intelligent by hearing their mindless banter.
