[quote=hambino21;604409]Do you seriously want to kill all muslims? Are you seriously a Taliban sympathizer?????
.Holy crap. They are not a raceof people
It's not just race dude.
Article 2 of the Convention defines genocide as...any of the following acts committed withintent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:
(a) Killing members of the group; (b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group; (c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part; (d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group; (e) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.– Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, Article 2
Just remember,But as long as you're safe and sound in your free country, you can make statements like that.
You are not killing in my name. Get that right.
You are killing thousands of innocent men, woman and children for the profits of big corporation and your criminal leaders.
Support the troops = bring them home.

Re: support the troops
I don't think anyone is bashing the troops. As sad as it is, troops do as they are told.
“Military men are just dumb stupid animals to be used as pawns in foreign policy.” - (Henry Kissinger)
The real criminals are the policy makers/war profiteers and they are the ones that should be locked away or face the firing squad, either will suit me fine.
America is armed to the teeth with the most evil of weapons ever designed for the soul purpose of killing fellow humans. And it shits me to tears having to hear that it's all for America's security.
No country will ever invade America, to do so would mean instant annihilation. America will only be defeated from the inside.
And this alone leads me to believe that "war" in the USA is just business.
Sure money is good, but to profit at the expense of another human beings suffering is immoral.
Millions all over the world would now describe the USA as a morally bankrupt society.
Don't blame me, blame your leaders.Leave a comment:

Re: support the troops
That's the problam hambino. Your justification for invading Iraq and Afghanistan was and is still is based on lies.I agree with you man. There is a shitload I don't agree with that the American government has done, trust me. I am also not a supporter of Bush. I'll also admit that i don't have this proof on my thumbdrive that shows the video. Can you prove that the video was totally suspect?
Yet for some reason you continue to spew the lies and bullshit propaganda which have gotten your country and mine involved in one of the most disgraceful acts of aggression in recent times.
It's over dude. The so called "war on terrorism" was lost the moment it was declared.
Support the troops is to bring them home and out of harms way.
Don't let your government turn you into a monster.
Read about it.

Re: support the troops
I honestly laugh at that...you are Israeli and I am Serbian.Hambino21
You, and your colleagues, have my utmost respect for what you are doing.
Those voices here who are so blinded that they are unaware of real situation with regards to the battle between Islamic Fundamentalist rhetoric and the west, are the same voices who condemn the west for causing 9/11, Bali, Spain, 7/7 and over 12,000 other attacks by said fundamentalists.
When you and your colleagues put yourselves on the line, whether it be in building schools, clearing mines, staffing medical centres, please remember that there are many many people who, while we would prefer you didn't have to be there, are grateful to you for helping to bring hope back to communities that have been entirely subjugated by the theocratic doctrines of a small bunch of gun welding homicidal lunatics hiding behind the cloth of religion.
Much respect.

My fellow country man have quite possibly an equal if not greater level of hate for all Muslims (as Serbia was under Ottoman rule for 500 years and we just lost our "holy land" to our Muslim neighbor and the radical Muslims they have spawned - our monuments and our heritage are being destroyed everyday while Serbians living there fear for their safety)...I just don't tend to agree with peoples prejudices and think that I should judge each case independently rather than dismissing all Muslims as radical Islamists.
IMO you should try and keep a level of objectivity about all issues rather than allowing your personal feelings to get involved
p.s. the US probably funded and trained more Islamic terrorists than Iraq or Al-Quaida put togetherLeave a comment:

Re: support the troops
What a turn this thread has taken...
I don't think I would count myself as a supporter of the war, but I am also not against it per se. But I am a supporter of the troops and I am on their side, whatever their reasons for joining the forces might be.
That being said, I was not aware that al-Qaeda's involvement in the 9/11 attacks was even questioned. I've heard all the conspiracy theories and seen the videos but I didnt think that bin laden's involvement was disputable.Leave a comment:

Re: support the troops
When i watched the video it didn't look like him in any other video Ive ever seen. There where continuity problems to do with the length and colour of his beard. Also the shape of his nose. Like he had got a nose job and coloured his beard for the film. Then had it all reversed for the next film that was released. He looked looked one of them guys you get from an agency.Leave a comment:

Re: support the troops
Dude.....Understood. Like I said before I don't judge people and cal them cowards for not joining. I don't like war. I used to be a pot smoking party favor consuming raver. i know how to enjoy life, like anyone else. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I speak up because I shared some of the same ideas as you guys do until i actually saw for myself what we are doing for the peopl of Afghanistan. These people lived in Mine saturated areas with no food or water, fearing for their lives constantly. the coaliton, reagardless of motive, are helping these people greatly removing mines, drilling water wells, supplying medical aid, etc, etc. yes ther is always MOFOs doing shit for the wrong reasons but the majority are doing it for the right reasons. And yes i agree that our government is fucked up. i just do what i think is right and refuse to violate human rights. You're not wrong for not believing in these wars , but the ones who do believe in these wars aren't wrong either. its just how it is. You're not alone, most people support the troops and not the war. I just hope things get resolved soon. i don't like seeing caskets or dead children and torn apart families either.Your missing the point completely...
I am not a pacifist per se ... there ARE justified wars...I just don't necessarily believe that you or your fellow soldiers in Iraq are fighting one. If the government openly argued its case and allowed us to see all the information regarding 9/11 such as all the camera footage and was prepared to openly debate the issue of the saudi's Bin Laden family and its links to the Bush family etc. etc.
Basically if it was logically able to argue its case to justify invading Afghanistan and Iraq I would be all for it...
Instead they are all secretive saying that all questions harm national security and that they are unpatriotic and that ppl should support the troops...pretty silly IMO.
I might support the troops but I don't support the war...so where does that leave me? How do I go around getting that across?
I would much rather be accused of being a pacifist and not supporting the troops than being counted in as a supporter of the war.
And I didn't say that everyone has to be stupid or poor...I also said they can like killing and be good at it - I think that also justifies it - better go do it there than do it at home.
Other than that I still can't think of another reason for joining this particular war (Iraq and Afghanistan).
P.S. As for the Switzerland comment that was a joke, not because of conscription but for reasons of its historical "neutral" background, shown in actions such as buying Jewish gold from the Nazis pre and during WW2.Leave a comment:
