Yes, mine is a PERSONAL wish, and I would PERSONALLY share my mixes with [MS]; But how can I do that if I can't even mention the word "frisky" since the set has been made for that show? I can't rename it...
I was thinking of some kind on indirect link; But it seems now that whether I make it direct or indirect my issue still stands coz I simply can't write the word "frisky"...
Ok, can I just write "RitualSounds" instead?

We chose to honor Frisky's request. Other places may not. That's not our problem, nor should it be...let them deal with the hassles & headaches.
As for conflicts of interest, well, Shiva didn't have to take on the FR project. But doing so puts things in a bit of a weird state...that's a choice you make as an artist. It's almost like being signed on with 2 labels...you just have to play the line a bit tighter. If you find out you ultimately can't then it's time to choose one side and move on.
Either share the original source on here if you desire without FR mentions, or don't and go share it on the other 4389223894 boards/sites out there instead...we're not the ONLY ones available you know...

No, but she could upload the source set without the promos or sponsors ( but who am i to say ).
All i know is if i hear or see Frisky it's gone.
BTW we did not request any of this it came from them none of this originated from mercuryserver.

Ah got it ... so it's ok for the artistes to share the sets as long as there is no mention of Frisky, not even in file names, etc. Hence a bit of a conundrum as Shiva pointed out she can't rename her sets.

There are still some sets floating around but in the process of being deleted it could take a few more days before it's all done.

so i dont understand what the problem is... if you had your own site you would post your sets there.now that youre a member here,it just makes it even easier.you dont break any rule imo.the set is yours and you can do whatever you want with it and with FriskyRadio's bleshes!!!

^ can't change the title of a mix once aired, unethical for the artist and misleading for the listeners. There are maybe other ways, I'm gona work on it and see what I can do.
I am just not used to give up that easily...

^ why not just post the mixes under a different name for the mix?
for example. you can call this mix the "Toilet Seats Down" mix, and put it down in the promo section. STicks with the rules, and helps promote your sound.
